No Returns or Exchanges
All products are handmade and produced only after an order is confirmed. As a result, we do not accept any return or exchange requests under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged.

No Refunds
Since each item is uniquely created for you, we do not offer refunds on any orders. This policy applies to all products, including cases where the customer changes their mind after placing the order.

Order Accuracy Responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exception Handling)
While we take great care in packaging and quality checks, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review such cases individually and may offer a resolution at our discretion.
